UTV Regional Sales Manager (Canada)
Job Summary The UTV Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of SDLG UTV products, including machines, attachments, and parts, while supporting aftermarket service coordination across the region. This role will lead the development and management of an authorized dealer network, expand key customer relationships, and achieve annual sales targets. The position also plays a critical role in strengthening SDLG’s brand presence across construction, forestry, mining, agriculture, and municipal sectors.
This role reports to the Country Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute monthly and annual sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify, acquire, and develop new UTV dealers and key accounts
Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, contract negotiation, order fulfillment, and delivery follow-up
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Dealer Network Management
Establish, develop, and manage the authorized UTV dealer network
Monitor dealer performance, including equipment sales, inventory levels, pricing strategy, parts availability, and service capabilities
Provide product knowledge and sales training to dealer sales teams to improve performance and market penetration
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and industry developments
Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, product offerings, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
Identify opportunities for growth within key sectors and geographic regions
Qualifications
Experience
3–5+ years of sales or sales management experience within the UTV/ATV, heavy equipment, or related industries
Experience working with dealer networks and channel sales preferred
Knowledge
Strong understanding of UTV/ATV products, applications, and target customer segments
Familiarity with equipment financing, leasing, and insurance is an asset
Skills & Abilities
Proven ability to develop dealer networks and drive sales growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the region (approximately 50%+)
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is a strong asset for Quebec and Eastern Canada markets
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary (CAD $80,000–$120,000) plus performance-based incentives
