Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/Design Researcher working with digital products and services.
- Demonstrates experience planning and conducting various research methodologies including usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), concept testing, in-depth user interviews and surveys.
- Experience with both generative and evaluative research methods.
- Proven ability to select the research method for the project goals.
- Experience leading complete ‘end to end’ user research projects from defining research questions to delivering actionable insights through clear and engaging reports and presentations.

- Proficient research craft: Demonstrates mastery of diverse research methods across the entire spectrum (generative and evaluative research), expertly selecting and adapting the approach to deliver actionable (strategic and tactical) insights that will help deliver excellent level of user experience.
- Collaboration: Builds trusted partnerships within the design, engineering and other internal teams. Engages the team with the complete ‘end-to-end’ research process from research planning to insights sharing.
- Data synthesis and storytelling: Transforms the data collected from research into compelling narratives and connects the insights to the key goals and user experience metrics.
- Communication: Presents research findings with impact, facilitates workshops and sessions. Creates accessible research documentation and ensures the insights are consumed and acted upon by the teams through strong verbal, written and visual communication.
- Strategic thinking: Proactively identifies research opportunities, balances tactical studies with the foundational research to drive both immediate and long-term impact.
- Technical competency: Leverages research tools and platforms effectively, understands basic analytics and data querying. Stays current with emerging research methodologies.
