    Job Description

    As a UX/UI design intern, you will work alongside our UX/UI designer and digital marketing team to create world-class digital experiences that promote our industry leading products. You are interested in taking your previous learnings and experiences and applying them in various digital projects. An obsession with quality and the ability to solve business challenges with creativity while keeping the audience in mind is your motivation and driving-force to be the best. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Design exceptional quality digital designs for multi-platform use. This includes websites, portals, digital communications, social media, etc.
    • Identify and act on opportunities to apply creative approach to all subject matter.
    • Maintain digital brand standards, ensure we follow latest ADA requirements.
    • Contributor in the creation and development of digital ideas across various channels and platforms.
    • Interview/survey users and analyze data from user interactions to improve various digital experiences including websites, landing pages and emails.
    • Create personas based on company and industry research to identify target groups for personalized content.
    • Research and utilize emerging AI technologies for integration, automation, and workflow across digital channels.
    • Assist in the refinement of digital channel assets and navigation structures to improve user findability, interaction, and satisfaction.

    ** This full-time internship (40-hours/week) will be based onsite out of our Atlanta office from May 26-July 30, 2025. This role is not remote.**

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Current university student in good standing (min. 3.0 GPA); pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in graphic design, user experience design, interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field of study.
    • Able and willing to work on-site.
    • Comfortable using a PC for design work.
    • 2-3 years of demonstratable experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
    • Previous working or intern experience in Figma and Hubspot preferred.
    • Excellent communication & written skills.
    • Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented to produce accurate and high-quality work.
