Position: Full Stack Web Developer - UX/UI Expert- 134116

Location: 200 W. Washington St, Phoenix, AZ, 85003

Tentative Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (25 Hours/Week).

Closing Date: 08/26/2024

Full stack UX/UI Designer Requirements:

Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

React experience is a plus

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with responsive and adaptive design

Experience conducting user research and testing

Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (ADA)

General understanding of version control systems such as Git

General understanding of .NET framework and its interaction with front-end technologies

Experience utilizing modeling languages such as UML

Familiarity with Scrum to deliver iterative progress using Agile methodology

Experience with Azure DevOps

Compelling storyteller using customer insights with qualitative/quantitative data.

Demonstrate experience in Front End and Back End software development practice.

o Development experience preferred

Build Information Architecture for each project to improve customer engagement.

Perform work with limited tools and supervision (entrepreneurial mindset).

Follow UI industry trends and best design practices.

Collaborate as partner with Development, Product, Business, and external Customers.

Provide up-to-date portfolio to demonstrate previous work products.
