As an Adaptive Transportation Network Company, the UZURV mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation.

    UZURV's platform combines rideshare with specialty credentialed, drug and alcohol tested drivers to provide safe, reliable mobility and a higher level of care for the transportation disadvantaged.     A little bit about the role…

    The Driver Success Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the driver experience through event planning, education, communication, and ongoing support. This person will be instrumental in identifying barriers to onboarding and retention, strengthening driver engagement, and working cross-functionally to implement high-impact solutions.

    You'll have the opportunity to support our driver network by planning and executing events, creating engagement strategies, and delivering scalable solutions that improve the driver journey from onboarding through continued success on the platform.

    As the Driver Success Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Planning and executing in-person and virtual driver events, including organizing materials and managing logistics to foster community and increase engagement.

    • Proposing and piloting new programs or initiatives that improve driver performance, satisfaction, and retention.

    • Collaborating with internal teams to align driver-related initiatives across departments.

    • Analyzing barriers to driver onboarding and implementing scalable, data-informed solutions to improve completion rates.

    • Identifying trends in driver attrition and leading efforts to retain drivers through targeted communication, training, and support.

    • Providing one-on-one coaching and remediation when needed to help drivers meet UZURV standards and remain successful.

    • Supporting mass communications with brand-aligned messaging and clear, effective language.

    • Responding to and resolving support tickets in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive driver experience.

    • You have experience building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • You are skilled in planning and facilitating both in-person and virtual events.
