As an Adaptive Transportation Network Company, the UZURV mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation.

A little bit about the role…

We're looking for a People Team Services Coordinator who's ready to jump in and keep things running smoothly for both our team and our executive leadership. If you're highly organized, love the details, and can juggle shifting priorities with a calm, can-do attitude, we want to chat! Our People Team Services Coordinator is someone who is great with people, comfortable handling confidential info, and always ready to lend a hand—whether it's supporting a new hire's first day or making sure the office is set up for success. This role is all about great service, clear communication, and staying one step ahead.

**As our People Team Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
HR Services
- Managing all new hire pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including employment record entry, I-9 documentation, orientation scheduling, and ensuring Day 1 readiness.
- Supporting timekeeping for hourly employees and maintaining accurate PTO tracking and updates.
- Coordinating internal workforce events and assisting with recruiting logistics and candidate experience.
- Contributing to People Team initiatives and providing general HR administrative support.
Administrative Assistance
- Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including coordinating complex travel arrangements, processing and tracking expense reports, and managing executive calendars
- Prioritizing scheduling needs and organizing board meetings and other leadership engagements
Office & Facility Management
- Maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment by managing mail and packages, overseeing office and kitchen cleanliness, tracking and ordering supplies, greeting visitors, and coordinating in-house food orders.
- Serving as the primary liaison with landlords, property managers, and vendors to ensure building access, office maintenance, and smooth operations, including overseeing relationships with central service providers (e.g., Comcast, Verizon, T-Mobile, phone systems).
Technical Support
- Overseeing the ordering, distribution, and maintenance of technical equipment like laptops and monitors, ensuring all new hires receive necessary tech on Day 1.
- Coordinating equipment shipping when needed, managing user access to devices and applications, and acting as the main point of contact for UZURV's external IT support partner.
We are excited about you because…
- You bring an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree—or equivalent work experience—that sets a strong foundation for success in this role.
- You have 2+ years of experience providing administrative or HR coordination support, and you're ready to hit the ground running.
- You are genuinely interested in creating a great experience for new team members and have experience supporting onboarding processes.
- You are confident working in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.), and use those tools to stay organized and efficient.
- You are able to work onsite in our Richmond office and enjoy being part of an in-person team environment when needed.
- You are comfortable juggling a variety of administrative tasks across HR, purchasing, tech support, and facilities—and you like the variety.
- Your customer service mindset, organizational strength, and communication skills help you support others with clarity and care.
- You are eager to learn how the organization is structured and how your team fits into the bigger picture.
- You are skilled at communicating with all kinds of people—from senior leaders to vendors and contractors—with professionalism and ease.
- You are tech-savvy and confident handling basic troubleshooting or maintenance tasks to keep devices running smoothly.
