Fund Reconciliation and Reorg Analyst
Job Description
The Fund Reconciliation + Reorg Analyst, reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Operations, will be responsible for the accuracy of mutual fund and ETF balances on our recordkeeping platform. The Fund Reconciliation + Reorg Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing documentation related to corporate actions and take the necessary steps to post changes accurately and timely.

401K KNOWLEDGE - Working knowledge and 401k rules and regulations in regards to requirements mutual fund trading, trade settlement, reconciliations, and corporate actions.

ORGANIZING - Capable of managing multiple clients and priorities, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment with frequently changing priorities
