    Job Description

    As the Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Relationship Management by supporting important channel partners. Your knowledge of Advisory, Broker-dealer and RIA, as well as Company operations and strong interpersonal skills will be critical in ensuring partner and stakeholder satisfaction, retention, and overall success. This role will work alongside the Business Development Team to support and service all partnerships generated by the team.

    _ Core Responsibilities_

    • Support and service strong, lasting relationships with key channel distribution partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand partner needs and ensure their successful implementation.
    • Work with internal teams for Partner requests and needs
    • Assist Director with regular reviews and feedback sessions with partners to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
    • Stay apprised with current Advisor, Broker Dealer and RIA regulations and changes
    • Provide partner data and market trends to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
    • Ownership of the resolution of partner and partner-client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Document standardization of new partner implementation workflow via SOP’s ,SLA’s and KPI’s around that workflow.
    • Respond to any request via phone or e-mail within 24 hours and resolve issues to the partner’s satisfaction with an agreed upon timeframe.
    • Own and manage regular reporting of support activities for all partner and partner-client inquiries
    • Daily utilization of Salesforce to maintain accounts and contacts according to Sales team and Partner Development Representatives.

    Organizing Utilize CRM tools and time management techniques to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails while ensuring efficient follow up and activity tracking

    Communication Present information clearly, concisely, and logically, through verbal and written communication in a professional way. Comfortable with public speaking and providing product demonstrations using video technology

    Client Service Keep internal and external clients in mind at all times. Proactively address client concerns and provide effective resolutions

    Integrity Take personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work, and achieve results with little oversight

    _ Skills + Experience_

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years advisor servicing experience
    • Proficient in Salesforce and experience using Zoom, MS Office preferred
    • Positive and energetic phone skills, active listening, strong writing skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented relationship management team environment
    • Successful service follow-up and relationship management skills
    • Proficient in addressing service challenges to drive trust and ensure quality relationships

    Additional Information

    This is a salaried, full-time, remote position with a base salary is $73,000-$75,000 and up to $11,000 in commission (OTE of $84,000-$86,000 annually).
