    Job Description

    The Partner Development Manager will support Ubiquity’s business growth strategies by taking a proactive and energetic approach to business development initiatives. The successful Partner Development Manager will look for ways beyond the stated responsibilities to achieve and exceed all objectives.

    _ Core Responsibilities_

    • Achieve weekly quotas for appointment and lead generation within 30 days of completing initial orientation/training
    • Achieve monthly quotas for partnership enrollment within 90 days of completing initial orientation/training
    • Execute on Marketing campaigns to increase new partner enrollment
    • Research, create, and develop targeted prospect lists
    • Proactively qualify prospective partners for sales opportunities through a large volume of outbound calls and emails
    • Present Ubiquity’s capabilities to potential partners through sales calls, demonstrations, marketing collateral, webinars, etc.
    • Daily utilization of Salesforce to maintain accounts, leads, contacts and opportunities according to sales team best practices, policies, and procedures
    • Generate sales and activity reports
    • Bring an energetic, positive attitude, every day
    • Maintain, follow, and enforce all Ubiquity security policies and procedures at all times (policies will be shared with all employees annually, and employees can request a copy of most recent policies from Ubiquity’s Security Officer at any time).

    Organizing Utilize CRM tools and time management techniques to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails while ensuring efficient follow up and activity tracking

    Communication Present information clearly, concisely, and logically, through verbal and written communication in a professional way. Comfortable with public speaking and providing product demonstrations using video technology

    Client Service Keep internal and external clients in mind at all times. Proactively address client concerns and provide effective resolutions

    Integrity Take personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work, and achieve results with little oversight

    ** Skills + Experience**

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience
    • 1-2 years sales experience
    • Proficient in Salesforce and Powerpoint; experience using Zoom, MS Office, and Calendly preferred
    • Positive and energetic phone skills, active listening, strong writing and presentation skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented sales team environment
    • Successful lead follow-up and sales development skills
    • Proficient in combatting objections to drive the conversation forward

    Additional Information

    This is a salaried, full-time, remote position with a base salary starting at $83,000 and up to $20,000 in commission (OTE of $103,000 annually).
