UHG is locally & family-owned, operating 8 restaurants in the Greater Grand Rapids area. We are founded on Italian family values and strive to save a place for everyone at our table. Faro Uccello, Founder of UHG, opened the first Uccello’s Ristorante in 1996. Since then, Uccello's has grown into 6 successful locations and has become a staple in the West Michigan community. We didn't want to stop there... In 2016, we launched our fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, and have since opened a second location.

Servers ensure all guests have a delightful dining experience. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for the guests’ experiences.

General Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service.

Greet customers and present the Uccello’s menu.

Use Toast POS for all orders.

Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Collaborate with other restaurant staff.

Compensation & Benefits:

With tips earn Anywhere between $15-$25 an hour
