Responsibilities: WORKING HOURS: • Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM Phone Communication : • Answer and return phone calls in both Ukrainian and English. • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals. • Relay accurate messages to the senior paralegal or attorney as needed. Email Management : • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner in both Ukrainian and English. • Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring clear and concise communication. • Organize and categorize email threads for easy access and reference. Client Support : • Serve as the first point of contact for Ukrainian-speaking clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued. • Assist clients with questions or concerns regarding their cases or legal matters, escalating issues to the senior paralegal when necessary. • Translate client concerns or case details into English for internal team use. Administrative Support : • Organize and maintain client files and documentation. • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, or preparing case materials. • Assist with data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Customer Service Excellence : • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. • Exhibit patience, understanding, and cultural sensitivity when working with Ukrainian-speaking clients. • Ensure clients feel heard, respected, and informed throughout the legal process. Qualifications: • Must Speak Ukrainian. • Must Speak English. • Willingness To Learn. • High Level Of Customer Service. • Present Themselves Professionally To Clients. Compensation: $42,500
