• As a Sales Rep, you are in charge of how much you earn with our UNCAPPED COMMISSION structure. We do have a draw VS commission structure so you can make money while you learn, but if you are the "A Player" we are looking for your Commission will far outweigh the draw!

Ulrich manufactures and sells the highest quality backyard storage structures from storage sheds, craft rooms, man caves, she sheds, cabin shells, kid's playhouses, portable garages and finished log cabins. If you are selected you will be joining the "A Team" of the industry. Ulrich has been family owned and in the shed-building business since 1990. SALES JOB DETAILS

• Greeting customers
• Taking inbound phone calls
• Making outbound calls with leads from our website
• Meeting and exceeding company sales goals, this is not for the faint of heart
• Working with various social media platforms
• Maintain product knowledge in order to guide customers to our best solution for their needs using a consultative sales approach.
• Communicating and documenting both verbally and in writing
• Did we mention UNCAPPED COMMISSION
• Maximizing your earnings by aggressively driving sales
• Other duties as assigned

SALES JOB CANDIDATE SKILLS/ABILITIES DESIRED

• Proven work experience as a top earner in sales is preferred, but if you're hungry we will train.
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Sales Consultant needs to be articulate
• Ability to learn quickly and retain that knowledge
• Must be tech savvy
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale
• Must be comfortable working with the general public
• Need to have basic computer skills
• 1-3 years of consultative sales experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of cold calling, prospecting experience is ideal
• Must be able to pass a background & credit check as well as a pre-employment drug screening
