Ulta Lab Tests is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The CSR should possess excellent customer service skills to respond efficiently to customer inquiries on our lab tests and health screenings to ensure high customer satisfaction. The CSR position requires a broad knowledge of the company’s products and services; and will be expected to contribute ideas and solutions to improve productivity and customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Manage incoming calls and webchat.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Manage customer inquiries by providing appropriate solutions Promptly.
• Keep records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with proper multitasking and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in the use of computer and MS Office Word and Excel, Web Browser and
• Online ordering systems are required.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
• One year of experience in customer service. Having a working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
