Job Description

Our global medical device client located in Irvine is hiring an Associate Marketing Representative. This is in the labeling department. This is a contract to hire position. 

POSITION DUTIES: •    Responsible for marketing duties in support of global marketing team.  Duties to include:      o    Support the IFU labeling process within marketing by     o    Label change request from (LCRF) management     o    Circulate Business Unit verification checklists as necessary     o    Instruction for Use (IFU) walkthroughs facilitation     o    Change review board (CRB)     o    Timing for IFU Translations and BOM implementation     o    New “Ship to” Customer Set up in JDE (SOP7707)     o    Update to kitting IFU (SOP4277) •    Responsible for monitoring all THV labeling updates •    Support transition and management of electronic IFU system by filling metadata request form •    Execute improvement tasks and solutions identified by management •    Provide weekly and monthly metrics/dashboard summary of all work-in-process and projected completion dates •    Execute MDR labeling verification activities by proofreading labeling against source input documents, completing project intake forms, review master mark-up (e.g., redlines) based on cross-functional requirements. Scope is limited to CE labeling

ADDITIONAL SKILLS: •    Diligent work behavior •    Very good knowledge and understanding of following processes and procedures •    Ability to sustained focus on repetitive tasks •    Basic written and verbal communication skills •    Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English- contacts are typically with individuals within THV Marketing department, THV •    Regulatory, Global Labeling, Packaging, Supply Chain, Content Management System (CMS) Conversion Team, and global labeling Medical Device Regulations (MDR) process management office •    Experience with editing or visual inspection is preferred •    Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group •    Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: •    BA degree with 2 years of related experience Required Other: Some college coursework with Preferred. Med Device/Pharma/Finance industrial
