Job Description

We are urgently looking for an HR Generalist with advanced experience with recruitment, editing time sheets, benefits and workers’ compensation for a prominent client of ours in the Inland Empire. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be proactive and think outside the box
• Have strong leadership abilities
• Very strong communication and team oriented
• Full cycle payroll; also, information such as pay rates, withholdings, deductions etc.
• Take lead on recruitment process

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Bachelors Degree Minimum
• 5 – 7 years of HR experience
• Previous experience with full cycle recruitment, payroll and training personnel
• Prior knowledge of business manager and HR management principles (Manufacturing industry preferred)
