    Job Description

    Ultimate Staffing is searching for an experienced high-volume ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST to work for an organization in North Central San Antonio.

    The AR Specialist will be responsible for collection activities including sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts on repayment terms, and decisions on referring accounts to collection agencies and/or writing off accounts receivable.

    JOB DUTIES:

    Ø Manually create invoices to match customers’ purchase orders and/or to consolidate multi-location orders and create reconciliations to match manual invoice totals to system invoice totals Ø Verify sales tax on customer invoices Ø Reconcile and balance vendor AR accounts as credits and/or rebills and ensure payments are applied accordingly Ø Contact vendors daily to ensure collection of outstanding balances, assist with vendor queries and research various discrepancies and issues regarding accounts Ø Document collection and vendor efforts accordingly on their accounts for management review Ø Monitor vendor accounts for credit balances (misapplied cash and credit memos) and resolve by conducting thorough research and processing through to appropriate resolution

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · 2+ YEARS OF HIGH VOLUME ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXPERIENCE

    · EXCEL
