    Job Description

     Currently hiring for a full time Data Entry Clerk.  This is an in office position in Long Beach.  The working hours are standard, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

    DUTIES:

    • Transfer data from Excel into company's software
    • Create spreadsheets in Excel to input information 
    • Provide high level of accuracy when inputting data
    • Maintain record-keeping

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1+ years experience with inputting a high volume of Data
    • Proficient in Excel and the functions of Excel- formulas, tables [Pivot Tables a plus]
    • High attention to detail
