We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Rancho Cordova $16-$20/hr!! to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information working remotely!!! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Order fulfillment and management
• Communication between warehouse leads and supervisors
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Perform guided product data entry
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
