Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
PAY: $17-22/hour
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail and assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Conduct outbound marketing calls daily to acquire additional clientele
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative with a great track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening with an emphasis in excellent communication.
- Must be detail oriented
- Experience in conducting outbound cold calls is required
- Commercial vehicle insurance experience highly preferred
- High school degree or equivalent minimum, Associates degree or higher preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is required
