 Ultimate Staffing is looking for an experienced SALES SUPERVISOR to work for a non-profit company located on the Northwest side of San Antonio.   JOB DUTIES:

• Supervise, lead and organize donor program to achieve 100% of assigned goals.

• Drive consistent implementation of results-oriented field activity.

• Develop event schedule in accordance with scheduling guidelines and inventory needs.

• Partner with staff to assure consistent achievement of targets.

• Manage records and create reports on performance.

• Conduct staff meetings and plan conferences.

• Evaluate, assess, and monitor team performance and ensure goals are met.

• Consistently provide timely, candid performance feedback, communicating positive messages and areas for development.

• Advise management on issues regarding events.

• Perform the duties of other departmental management as required.

• Attend meetings, seminars and promotional events as required.

• Maintain a close working relationship with all other departments.

• Attend multiple Chairperson (CP)/Sponsor meetings with assigned recruiters each week.

• Ensure vacant territories are appropriately staffed and/or covered.

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university OR five years related experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred major is Marketing or related discipline.
• Requires one or more years of sales/marketing with outside sales (field territory management) experience.
• Supervisory experience
• Must acquire knowledge of existing accounts and be able to conduct a market analysis.
• Must acquire a thorough working knowledge of all phases of donor programs.
• Must be familiar with the community, all areas serviced, media relations and Company programs.
• Must have excellent management, communication, and selling skills.
• Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Must be a self-starter and self-directed worker.
• Must be able to keep information confidential.
• Must be able to make decisions based on predetermined criteria.
• Must be able to make good sound judgment decisions.
• Must be able to manage the activities of a large workforce.
• Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and be able to work independently.
