We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representatives in the- Arden Area to join our team! You will be responsible for helping people that are in need. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
