The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, have a positive mindset, and be able to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time. Also, a plus is a history of selling directly to consumers, car sales, insurance, timeshares, door knockers, etc. is a huge plus but not necessary. (no retail or soft sales please!) We will provide the leads and system to help ensure your success – you must bring a great attitude and follow-up skills. Salary Plus Bonuses! Must be able to work 9:00-5:30 pm Monday – Friday. There will be opportunities for remote work sometimes Compensation: Base pay is $2500 a month PLUS Commissions. The average candidate will make $45,000-$60,000 a year, however, there is great upside to grow into an Acquisitions Manager and make $100,000-$150,000 plus a year. Responsibilities: • Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our systems • Be able to evaluate homes (We teach you how to do this, no experience is necessary) • Successfully overcome objections • All training and scripts are provided but must already have the foundation of a good attitude and ability to connect well and talk to people over the phone Qualifications: • Great attitude • Proficient in all Microsoft programs • Time management Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 yearly
