equity investments in small-scale ($5-100 million), environmentally
beneficial physical infrastructure projects. We target investments in
the waste, energy, water, and agriculture sectors within North America.

Capital is looking for a summer associate excited about sustainable
investing to work alongside the investment team in our San Francisco
headquarters. This is a great opportunity an MBA student or equivalent
to gain experience in private equity, with the potential for a full-time
opportunity after successful completion of the internship. Primary
Responsibilities: * Support investment due diligence on project finance
transactions across four sectors: energy, water, agriculture, and waste
- Create financial models, Monte Carlo analysis, and financial analysis
to support investment due diligence * Assist with investment materials
for investors, investment committee meetings, and other internal and
external meetings * Conduct, compile, and summarize market research to
support investment due diligence * Participate in management meetings,
project developer meetings, and investment committee meetings * Other
projects based on candidates interests and skills Requirements: *
Experience in project finance, structured finance, asset-backed finance,
M&A, investment banking, municipal finance, or private equity is
preferred * Highly motived self-starter * Expert in Microsoft Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word * Basic understanding of financial statements *
Relentless attention to detail and adherence to deadlines * Passionate
about finance and sustainability * Excellent written and oral
communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast paced environment *
In pursuit of an MBA or equivalent at a top tier university or similar
