Reports to: UT Salon Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities/Duties include but are not limited to:

• Guide and instruct clients on the tanning equipment within the salon and the benefits and/or difference of each piece.

• Create and Greet clients with a warm, friendly manner.

• Successfully communicate the positive aspects and benefits of indoor tanning; UV and Sunless.

• Successfully present and describe Ultra Tans packages as well as the benefits of using lotions and other products Ultra Tan offers.

• Maximizing store sales goals as well as personal sales goals.

• Completing all required duties during the duration of your shift.

• Ensuring the overall quality of the salon’s appearance.

• Following all company policies and procedures.

• Assisting in the marketing concepts and promotional ideas.

Employees receive an hourly rate with the opportunity to earn a monthly commission bonus, when you meet the minimum requirements. A successful UT Consultant can earn commissions on services and products sold; the more you sell the more you make. You can determine your total hourly wage.
