About the Role:

BMC23 Security LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our team in Massachusetts ( Multiple locations). Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and suspicious activity

Conduct regular foot patrols of interior and exterior areas of the facility

Control access points by verifying credentials and managing visitor entry

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and notify appropriate personnel

Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs

Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Valid Massachusetts Security Guard license or ability to obtain one

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus

Strong observational and situational awareness skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including nights and weekends
