    The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will help amplify the voice of Uncle Matt’s Organic throughout our community by increasing the awareness, love, and loyalty of our products, brand, and company. This position will help with the development and execution of the varied elements of our marketing, including social media community engagement and response management, content creation, partnership, and influencer outreach, growth acquisition, and paid ad strategy. For this role, Uncle Matt’s is seeking a candidate who deeply enjoys social media and the digital space and is excited by the opportunity to create, strategize, implement, and analyze across all platforms. The role reports to the VP of Marketing but will also work cross-functionally with other team members.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Own the day-to-day curation and management of all social channels. This includes posting daily on our platforms as well as assisting with content ideation and creation.
    • Supervise community engagement to drive positive brand conversations. Ensure questions, comments, and related opportunities are handled with a well-executed, high-touch experience.
    • Manage, seek, and recommend both partnership and influencer opportunities with both brands and individuals. Think creatively to drive trial and brand awareness through these partnerships.
    • Own the day-to-day curation and management of UGC, including organizing it in our library and repackaging for utilization on our owned channels.
    • Collaborate on video ideation and creation.
    • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of content and campaigns across channels to inform future content and strategy.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 

    ·         4+ years of marketing, communications, or content creation experience with a substantial social media focus, ideally within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.

    ·         A platform expert who understands the latest social media landscape and social trends.

    ·         A strong writer who understands the power of narrative to inform, entertain, educate, and persuade.

    ·         Design experience a plus (Illustrator/Photoshop).

    ·         A quick learner who takes direction and feedback well and has a collaborative attitude.

    ·         Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. 

    ·         Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines.

    ·         Understands that social media is 24/7 and may require monitoring the community on off-hours; willing to work after hours or on weekends to support events.

    ·         Willingness to travel when required. 

    ·         A high degree of self-initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and the potential for continued growth.
