    Job Description

    Our company is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Wellness Logistics and Customer Support Specialist. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthy lifestyles and customer satisfaction. The Wellness Logistics and Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing our shipping and receiving operations and providing superior customer support while promoting a positive mission for wellness and weight loss. This is a new wellness center and the candidate will be learning the business from the ground up. This will begin as a hands-on position and lead to the management of our weight loss and wellness center. If you aren't willing to actually ship products, receive products, handle purchasing, and help us scale upward then please don't apply. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving operations. Ensure all incoming and outgoing products are correctly logged, safely stored, and accurately delivered in a timely manner. * Work with various carriers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics and shipping processes. * Deliver top-notch customer service. Address customer inquiries, solve problems, and provide guidance about our products and services. * Advocate our mission of wellness and weight loss. Create a supportive and positive customer experience that aligns with our wellness philosophy. * Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in wellness, weight loss, and positive lifestyle choices. Use this knowledge to enhance customer interaction and engagement. * Coordinate with other teams to ensure the availability and delivery of wellness-related products and services. * Regularly monitor, report, and improve performance metrics related to shipping, receiving, and customer support. * Handle any potential shipping/receiving problems, and take appropriate actions to ensure prompt resolution. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop wellness content for customer newsletters, web pages, and social media platforms. Qualifications: * Previous experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving customer support, or similar roles. * A demonstrated passion for wellness, weight loss, and a positive lifestyle. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and with a positive mindset. * Proficiency in using logistic software and other relevant computer applications. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
