Job Description
This Analyst, HR - Systems is responsible for supporting the administration of our HR policies, procedures and programs. Day to day operations include: Auditing of Core HCM systems, data analysis, reporting, HRIS process testing and review, HRIS and other HR systems data management, ZenDesk management and other related tasks.

Compensation for this position: The starting compensation for this role based in New York, NY and is between $67,300k - $79,200k and generally, we expect that qualified candidates in this location will be made an offer between $67,300k and $71,300k. The starting pay will depend on a variety of factors that may include but are not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. Because we value staff staying in their roles over time, we do not currently cap salary ranges.
