Job Description
This role is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to source teachers, instructional leaders, Summer Teaching Fellows, and operations staff for our five K -11 schools in Camden, NJ. They will ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally (including HBCUs and HSIs); attending in-person and virtual career fairs and events; managing communications with key organizations and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates.

COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION: The starting compensation for this role based in Camden, NJ is between $60,600 to $71,300 and generally, we expect that qualified candidates in this location will be made an offer between $60,600 and $64,200. The starting pay will depend on a variety of factors that may include but are not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. Because we value staff staying in their roles over time, we do not currently cap salary ranges.
