Job Description
The Central Office & Internship Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing selection best practices for Uncommon School’s central office and regional teams. This person will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process for Uncommon Schools’ Summer Teaching Fellowship program, which includes coordinating communication, support, and decision making with the CO-CEO’s Team, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Team, and Talent Recruitment. The Recruiter will ensure a dynamic candidate and hiring manager experience–managing candidate screens, interviews, and interview coordination in partnership with various hiring managers. The individual will also provide support across teams and functions as requested.

Compensation for this position: The starting compensation for this role based in New York City **** is between $74k-$87k and generally, we expect that qualified candidates in this location will be made an offer between $74k and $78k. The starting pay will depend on a variety of factors that may include but are not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. Because we value staff staying in their roles over time, we do not currently cap salary ranges.
