Job Description
As a part of Uncommon’s Data & IT Team, the Analyst will play an important role in the team’s efforts to effectively perform, document, monitor, and support processes that enable critical organizational data flows. Example of potential processes that this role would implement would include:
The data that the Analyst will process will inform the work and decision making of other Home Office, regional, and school-level teams, with potential examples of partner teams being Development, Talent, Curriculum & Assessment, and College Access & Success. Ultimately, the processes performed and data sets managed by this role will represent a foundation for analysis and reporting in service of our shared mission: to provide an outstanding education that prepares students to graduate from college and achieve their dreams.

COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION: The starting compensation for this role based in New York is between $73,950 to $87,000 and generally, we expect that qualified candidates in this location will be made an offer between $74,000 and $78,300. The starting pay will depend on a variety of factors that may include but are not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. Because we value staff staying in their roles over time, we do not currently cap salary ranges.
