Job Description
Reporting to the campus Principal, the Principal Fellow is a full-time member of the school leadership team and will lead a targeted grade band across a KIPP Metro Atlanta K-8 campus. The Principal Fellow supports the development of the Principal’s school-wide vision and takes an active role in investing and mobilizing teachers and leaders to achieve the collective goals of the school. The Principal Fellow also owns the implementation of key school priorities in support of the school-wide vision and will coach and manage both instructional and culture Assistant Principals. Through on-the-ground leadership opportunities, targeted professional development, coaching, mentoring, and formal learning, our Principal Fellows will deepen the instructional skills, adaptive skills, and mindset needed to successfully lead a KIPP Metro Atlanta School.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $95,000 - $105,000. The starting pay will depend on various factors that may include but are not limited to professional experience, education, training, and certifications.
