Data Quest Investigations Ltd is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Undercover Customer Service Auditor to join our growing team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:

Conduct covert mystery shopping and undercover audits at client business locations

Evaluate customer service interactions, staff behavior, and overall service quality

Document findings through detailed written reports, photos, and structured assessments

Maintain a convincing cover identity while performing audits without detection

Assess compliance with client-defined service standards and protocols

Submit timely, accurate audit reports to project managers following each assignment

Participate in debriefs and provide actionable feedback based on field observations

Requirements:

Prior experience in mystery shopping, auditing, customer service, or investigative roles preferred

Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail

Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, objective reports

Ability to remain discreet, professional, and composed in undercover situations

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable traveling to various locations throughout the Boston, MA area

Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools and mobile devices
