    We are seeking sales professionals that are looking for fully remote work and are able to be self-sufficient. The pay structure is a flat 10% commission across the board on any and all sales.

    Duties:

    - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

    - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns

    - Establish and build relationships with clients, follow up with leads, upselling clients, and capture referrals

    - Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective customers

    - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

    - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and share market insights

    - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information

    Ideal Candidates:

    - Proven experience in solution-oriented sales and account management

    - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

    - Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets

    - Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, responsibility, and accountability.

    - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

    -Ability to drive external business development to generate brand awareness and create community and referral relationships.

    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    - Willingness to learn and grow

    Compensation Package:

    • Commission Pay
    • Uncapped Commissions

    On target commission for full time: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
