    SUMMARY:

    The Undergrads Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for providing a stellar customer experience for new and potential customers.  The ISR will manage inbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate and useful information to convert inquiries to confirmed sales.  The ISR will also respond to and provide resolution for customer service needs of customers prior to and after their move such as reschedules, additional needs, cancellations, and claims.  Additionally, the ISR will collaborate with members of the Recruiting and Logistics teams to ensure proper staffing to meet the needs of the customer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Sales:

    • Answer customer inbound inquiries (phone calls/emails) with a high-level of professionalism 
    • Utilize fact-finding questions to provide accurate quotes and convert to booked moves
    • Encourage the “customer for life” mentality by creating rapport with customers
    • Convert leads and customer inquiries to booked moves 
    • Answer general customer service questions from customers such as pricing, products and services, mover inquiries, and claims
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Make appropriate recommendations according to the customer's moving needs and act as a trusted advisor.
    • Coordinate with members of the recruiting and logistics teams to schedule and properly staff moves
    • Respond to and solution around staffing adjustments such as cancellations, callouts, rescheduling of movers in the event of changes by the customer or Undergrads
    • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
    • Experience with CRMs and other basic technology is preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Effective organization and time management skills
    • Being a strong team player is a necessity
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

    SCHEDULE:

    • Standard working hours will be Saturday & Sunday 9-5 and occasional weeknights
    • In times of high volume, schedule requirements may vary
