Restoration Team – Las Cruces, NM

Summary The Restoration Team is responsible for returning all residential and commercial properties to their original condition after fiber installation and concrete work are completed. This role ensures that nearby neighbors experience no unresolved grievances, and that any damage caused during drilling or construction is repaired promptly and professionally. Team members must follow all construction safety requirements, including proper PPE and basic traffic control protocols.

What You’ll Do:

Restore yards, gravel, grass, irrigation, and surrounding areas after drill and concrete crews

Make sites look “like we were never there”

Handle homeowner concerns and coordinate resolutions

Perform basic landscaping, irrigation fixes, sinkhole repair, and surface restoration

Communicate with residents before and after construction

Document completed restoration work

Requirements:

Positive attitude and customer service mindset

High school diploma/GED preferred

Valid driver’s license

Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical outdoor work

Ability to use your own vehicle to transport supplies and materials

Ability to use your own tools and materials for restoration tasks

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Safety Requirements:

Wear required PPE: hard hat, safety vest, steel‑toe boots, gloves, and other construction PPE as needed

Report hazards and attend safety meetings

Keep tools stored properly

Traffic control limited to requesting a TCP team; no flagging or directing traffic
