    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Underground Utility Construction Foreman for overseeing and coordinating the work of a crew or team on a job site. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. The Foreman acts as a liaison between workers and management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site.

    · Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure proper execution.

    · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    · Monitor work progress and quality, adjusting as needed.

    · Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support.

    · Maintain records of work hours, materials used, and project milestones.

    · Communicate with superintendents, project managers, city inspectors, and other stakeholders.

    · Order materials and schedule equipment as needed.

    · Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot issues that arise on-site.

    Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

    · Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision as a Foreman in a relevant field.

    · Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    · Ability to speak English is required. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

    · Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes.

    · Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

    · Clean driving record
