The successful candidate will operate out of the Nashville, TN office and service clientele in the southeast region of the U.S.

In this role, you will:

• Drive growth
• Work with internal staff maximize company goals
• Development underwriting strategy
• Direct product development and training sessions
• Ensure compliance
• Occasional Travel

To be qualified, you must have:

• 4+ years of commercial underwriting experience
• 4+ years of P&C and/or Workers Compensation underwriting experience
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Industry designations strongly preferred
