DYNAMICS 365 SENIOR DEVELOPER & INTEGRATOR REMOTE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serves as subject matter expert for on-premise Dynamics 365 projects from inception to completion. Should be expert on the cloud-based versions as well
· Helps define and assist in the implementation of the Dynamics Customer Service toolset, build processes and configurations.
· Driven to share their knowledge with others, helping to guide technical conversations in a productive manner.
· Deep understanding of Dynamics Customer Services framework and its integrations.

Must Haves:
· 1+ Years of hands-On experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service (on-premise)
· Experience integrating with Dynamics API using C# / Python / Javascript
· 3+ Years of experience working with Enterprise CRM Systems (Dynamics 365, SugarCRM)
· Developing plugins, actions, and assemblies for D365
· Low / No-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
· Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
· Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
An ideal candidate would also have experience IN SOME or all the following:
· Azure Cloud experience with App Services, App Registrations, Key Vaults, Function Apps and Service Bus
· Source Control / Git (Azure DevOps)
· Using third-party tools such as XRMToolKit and XRMToolBox
· Using Managed solutions and Dynamics deployment pipelines
· Agile-based software development using scrum or similar methodologies
· Experience with relational database management systems
