You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded throughout their journey. • Proactively engage with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to provide support, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and effectively. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their financial goals and objectives. • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, account management, and issue resolution. • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, activities, and interactions in CRM systems. • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments to provide informed recommendations and solutions. • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in a client engagement, customer success, or sales support role, preferably within the financial services industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing client relationships and tasks. • Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management. • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking skills. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
