Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close• Utilize various prospecting methods, including calls, texts, and emails, to engage potential clients• Stay informed about competitors' offerings and devise effective selling strategies• Participate in online meetings and company training sessions to stay updated on best practices• Collaborate with sales management to meet targets and enhance the sales process Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable• Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software is a plus• Team-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting objectives• Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills• This position is commission only Compensation: $80,000+
