Uniform Security Agency is hiring an experienced Office Manager for our office in Boca Raton, Florida. The position reports directly to the COO of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs Human Resources function by conducting new hire orientation and administering benefits.
- Provide general office administrative support to senior management.
- Ensures that accounts payable procedures are processed timely and accurately.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, billing and account management
- Create invoices and billing for clients
- Communicate with our customers, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment whether in person or on the phone
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls and take messages
- Manage the day to day operations
- Appointment scheduling.
- Manage office supplies.
- Oversee office cleanliness of the office.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events
- Help improve office procedures.
- Assist in all other areas of office management as requested by senior management.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 5-10 years of experience as Office Manager in an office.
- Excellent office management skills and knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask several projects to successful completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- High initiative and ability to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
- Ability to know when to consult senior management.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
