THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Orthodontic Assistants partner with our doctors to create amazing experiences for our patients in every appointment! No dental or orthodontic experience necessary, we will teach you! Key responsibilities:
- The #1 focus is delivering an AMAZING customer experience to our patients in every interaction! This includes greeting the patients with kindness and professionalism and helping them feel at home!
- After the appointment, WOW our patients with ongoing service and support! This includes reviewing and communicating treatment progress via phone, email, and text message on our app.
- Be the clinical expert in the room - clearly articulate treatment plans and goals to the patient and doctor (we will train you on this)!
- Use the latest technology in healthcare to take intraoral scans, 3D x-rays, record clinical plans in our cutting edge ipad based medical record
- Manage the appointment flow and ensure a seamless experience throughout (e.g., prepping composite, setting up instruments, managing doctor's time)
- Pitching in with other start-up needs as they come up - community outreach, local marketing, outbound sales, patient outreach, etc.
ABOUT YOU
- No dental or orthodontic experience necessary, we will teach you!
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive and engaged team player - we're in this together and support each other.
- Adaptable and flexible - excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving!
- Enjoy taking the initiative to hunt down answers and solve problems.
- Love of helping people and interest in nerding out! It's ok if you aren't an expert on orthodontic treatment (yet) but you've got to want to learn how it works!
