In order to provide the highest level of patient care and attention to detail, our team works together closely to ensure the needs of our patients are being met at the highest level possible. We are seeking an amazing person to take on a career opportunity as our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, to provide a second-to-none experience to all patients seeking orthodontic treatment. Our Treatment Coordinator will work closely with our Orthodontist, helping patients with their questions prior to their first exam, helping break down their orthodontic treatment plan during the consultation, and coordinating all aspects of treatment once the final plan is completed. Responsibilities: • Greet patients upon their first appointment to introduce our services and provide a fun, welcoming environment • Address any questions or concerns pertaining to the orthodontic treatment plan and help patients to better understand the process • Present the patient’s records to the Orthodontist to aid with treatment planning • Assist patients with understanding their orthodontic insurance benefits • Use compassion and confidence to help patients overcome any barriers to beginning treatment • Collaborate with the Front Desk team and Insurance/Finance Coordinators to coordinate treatment, if needed • Create an enjoyable and informative experience for potential patients to ensure they have confidence in selecting our practice for their orthodontic care Qualifications: • Personable and patient-oriented demeanor • Excellent communication abilities • Unparalleled dedication and work ethic • Ability to focus on detail • Efficiency when handling multiple tasks • Preference given for those with dental experience, though not a requirement Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
