Job Description – IT Analyst

Supervisor Title: IT Manager ****

Position Type: Full time

Location: Union Agener, Inc. – Augusta, GA 30901

Position Description and Responsibilities:

· Administration and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, switch, network cabling and software controlling laboratory instruments.

· Maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations connected to laboratory instruments.

· Support and maintenance of applications used within Quality Assurance.

· Support and maintenance of manufacturing information systems.

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, training or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 – 10 years experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or related process operation.

Required Skills:

· Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite applications and general business applications a plus

· Experience in web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML)

· Extensive experience in database management (SQL, ORACLE)

· Knowledge of computer validation principles a plus.

· Knowledge of Windows Server administration

· Knowledge of Virtual machines configuration using VMWare

· Experience administrating Active Directory

· Experience on protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, services DNS, DHCP, Windows Sharing and permissions

· Knowledge on Thermal/Barcode and Laser printer

· Knowledge of Cisco switch, Wireless network, optic fiber and UTP cabling
