Job Description
We are seeking a team-oriented, detailed, and organized candidate to join our fast-paced office. You will assist in coordinating weekly payroll for multiple unions across the country.

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education concentrated in accounting/payroll/business administration is a plus
Responsibilities
We will train in areas as needed however general knowledge of computers, typing skills, 10-key and excellent customer service skills are a requirement.
- Data Entry
- Employee inquiries
- Preparing client invoices
- Creating/editing excel spreadsheets
- Assist with payroll check shipments
- Assist with month end benefit reporting
- Assist with establishing data entry priorities
- Review payroll for deficiencies and discrepancies
- Update employee information and enter new hires as necessary

This position will also provide support with administrative duties as necessary: answering phones, opening mail, filing, emailing invoices, miscellaneous data entry, and other office tasks.
