    About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and outgoing Field Marketing Director – Union Relations to lead our outreach efforts within the union community. This role is critical in building and maintaining relationships with unions to generate member referrals and promote our services, including dental care and sleep apnea treatment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a field marketing strategy targeting union organizations and their members

    Establish and maintain relationships with union leaders and benefit coordinators

    Encourage and coordinate mailers and referral programs

    Represent our organization at union meetings, membership fairs, and other community events

    Identify new partnership and outreach opportunities to expand our reach

    Utilize Zoho CRM to manage contacts, track outreach efforts, and report on performance metrics

    Deliver presentations and effectively communicate the value of our services to union members

    Collaborate with internal marketing and clinical teams to align goals and messaging

    Ensure full-day engagement and productivity during scheduled workdays, including Saturdays

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

    Proven experience in field marketing, outreach, or partnership development, preferably in healthcare or dental industries

    Excellent communication and public speaking skills

    Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms

    Computer savvy with strong organizational and reporting skills

    Must be willing and able to travel locally and work on Saturdays

    Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently

    Preferred:

    Experience working with unions, labor organizations, or community benefit groups

    Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages common in our service area)
