We are seeking a skilled BIM modeler/coordinator to join our team and support our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) trades and their modeling processes (full expertise not mandatory). You will primarily work with Revit/AutoCAD models to produce high-quality deliverables for our clients. The role involves creating, reviewing, and revising models as necessary while seeking guidance when needed. Effective time management and adherence to schedules are essential for success in this role. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about growth and learning within the BIM field. Responsibilities: • Hybrid position in Minneapolis • You will: work closely with business leaders; interact with internal employees and external customers; and contribute to a team of highly committed professionals • Draft and model Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Architectural components. • Performing coordination and clash detections. • Point of contact for a junior specialist • Reviewing drawings • Time management and scheduling • Leadership • Process creation • Assist in other areas of the business and workload • Manage emails, schedule meetings, and respond immediately Qualifications: • 3 to 5 years minimum experience working as a Coordinator • Understands and excels at Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360, Excel, Word, etc… • Have an understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components and coordination • Nice to have a General Contractor coordination experience • Self-motivated individuals • Self-managing Individuals • Attention to detail • Ability to effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands • Ability to focus on important information and identify critical details • Professional and courteous communication • Strong organizational skills • Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs • Highly reliable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines • Good at taking instructions • Can receive feedback positively Compensation: $25 - $33 hourly
