    UNION SUPPLY GROUP has immediate openings for PART-TIME DATA/ORDER ENTRY PROCESSORS for our CALL CENTER in Dallas, TX. THIS POSITION IS A COMBINATION OF "HEAVY" DATA/ORDER ENTRY PROCESSING AND PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. To be considered for this position, must have data/entry order processing skills/experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME POSITION.

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    The DATA/ORDER ENTRY PROCESSOR is responsible for “heavy” data/order entry processing, taking inbound customer calls, providing status updates on orders and providing assistance to English and Spanish speaking customers.

    ESSENTIAL TASKS:

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Process customer orders and process payments.
    • Encourage customer to purchase additional products.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Ability to understand customers’ needs with strong objection/response handling.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • 6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Call Center or Phone Customer Service Preferred)
    • Data/Order Entry Processing experience Required.
    • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced call center environment.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
    • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
    • Comfortable using computers.
    • Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers

    AVAILABILITY TO WORK THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED SHIFT/DAYS:

    MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - EVENING SHIFT:

    • _SHIFT BEGINS AT 5:00PM - 10:00PM OR UNTIL CALL QUE IS COMPLETE _

    SATURDAY (MANDATORY):

    SHIFT BEGINS AT 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (DUE TO COMPANY POLICY THAT “EVERY CUSTOMER CALL MUST BE ANSWERED”, THE SHIFT CAN BE 8 ½ + HOURS)

    JOB TYPE: PART-TIME

    PAY: $16.00 PER HOUR
