    Core Purpose:

    The Junior Software Developer's primary role is to learn the codebase, write basic code, fix bugs, and assist the development team with all aspects of software design and coding. They also support the software development team in all aspects of the development, testing, and implementation of a product.

    Respon abilities:

    • ****Collaboratively design, develop, and test software components and applications in line with team objectives and project requirements.

    • Engage in debugging and troubleshooting activities, employing systematic approaches to identify and resolve issues in development and production environments.

    • Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing actively to team discussions and decision-making processes.

    • Implement responsive and accessible UI components under the guidance of UX/UI designers, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.

    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including code comments, user guides, and API documentation, to support ongoing development and user understanding.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in software development principles.

    • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages as needed.

    • Basic understanding of development tools and practices, including version control (Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with team members across different disciplines.

    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, with a keen attention to detail in coding and debugging tasks.
